There are four different types for these apartments:

Type A ... a one bedroom, one bath unit with a living room, dining area, and family
          room.

    o    These units begin at $985 per month.


Type B ... a two bedroom, two baths arrangement with a living room, dining
          area, and a family room.

    o    These units begin at $1,110 per month.


Type C ... a deluxe two bedroom unit with two baths, a living room,
          dining area, and family room.

    o    These units begin at $1,135 per month.


Type D ... these units consist of two bedrooms, two baths, a living room and
          a dining area.

    o    These units begin at $1,110 month.
